Massive fight at Kirkwood Mall caught on video

Videos surfaced on social medial of a massive fight Friday at the Kirkwood mall in front of the entrance to Herberger's.

Police say they responded to a call of 20 people fighting in the Mall just before 4 pm.

By the time they arrived on scene the fight was over but at least six people were cited for disorderly conduct. Only one person was taken to jail but more charges could be pending against more individuals. The incident left some wondering if they should return to the Kirkwood mall.

"It scared me enough I'm definitely not dropping my teenage children off at the mall and I don't really need to go back there right now untill they get some adequate security so I feel safe," said Lori Hoherz, a witness.

We reached out to the mall's staff and they said the mall does not comment on incidents once the police become involved.
