The North Dakota Department of Health's Medical Marijuana Program is accepting applications for people interested in operating a dispensary in the Williston and Grand Forks area.
The review panel for the first round of dispensary applications for the Bismarck/Mandan and Fargo regions will meet on Sept. 14 to review and score each application.
The highest scoring applicant in each of the regions is eligible for registration through the program.
In January, the department will open applications for the four remaining regions: Devils Lake, Dickinson, Jamestown and Minot.
Applications for Williston and Grand Forks will be accepted through October 10.
