UPDATE: Bond set for man accused of assaulting a Walmart vendor

UPDATE: A judge set the bond Wednesday afternoon for the man accused of assaulting a Walmart vendor last week in Mandan.

Twenty-four-year-old Hilario Flores had his bond set to $100,000 in cash, no contact with the victim or Walmart and has to contact his probation officer.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Mandan Police Department says 24-year-old Hilario Flores, the person of interest in the Walmart stabbing incident on August 9, will be charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and terrorizing in relation to the incident at Walmart.

Police say Flores will be formally charged and have an appearance on Wednesday. Flores was located and taken into custody on probation related charges Tuesday.

The victim received a minor laceration to one arm, a superficial wound to the back of his head and a laceration to his neck which did require stitches, according to the department.
