BISMARCK, N.D. - A Canadian man accused of killing 42-year-old Chad Entzel is back in North Dakota.
Earl Howard,41, was booked into the Burleigh county jail this afternoon. He was arrested in Port Huron, Michigan on Thursday.
Howard is charged with murder, arson, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit arson and conspiracy to tamper with physical evidence.
Howard is accused of killing Entzel in his Bismarck home. Entzel was found with a gunshot wound to the head in a bedroom after authorities responded to a house fire last week.
The victim's wife, Nikki Entzel, 38, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
