Man injured after 3 men break into his apartment

BISMARCK, N.D. - A 41-year-old Bismarck man was injured when three men forced their way into his apartment.

It happened at about 4:00 p.m. Saturday at an apartment in the 2800 block of Hawken Street.

The man called 911 to report a robbery while the men were in his apartment, but they were gone when police arrived.

Police say the victim's injuries were minor.

It's not clear if the victim knew the men, or if anything was stolen.

Police say the suspects are believed to be a 45-year-old Bismarck man and a 27-year old Bismarck man. The age of the third man is not known.

The case remains under investigation.
