BISMARCK, N.D. - A Bismarck man has been arrested in connection to a hit and run incident that left a woman seriously injured.
Bismarck police say 21-year-old Nicholas Allen hit the woman at the intersection of 6th Street and Rosser Ave. and drove off.
Police found the car at a Burger King where Allen worked. Police say when they went inside the Burger King to speak with Allen, his manager lied to police saying Allen was with him.
Police questioned Allen and he confessed and said he drove off because he had marijuana in his possession.
Allen has been arrested for duty in an accident involving serious personal injury and reckless endangerment.
There's no information on the condition of the woman.
