Man arrested for firing gun in northeast Minot terrorizing incident

Minot Police arrested a 37-year-old California man for terrorizing, after investigators say he pounded on a woman’s door early Friday morning and fired a handgun.
Dispatch received a call shortly after 1:15 a.m. from a woman in the 700 block of 8th Avenue NE, who said a man, later identified as Kyle Gray, Jr., was pounding on her door and fired a gun outside.
The victim told police Gray had made a comment earlier about not being worried about any type of police encounter while having a weapon.
The SWAT team assisted officers on scene. Investigators say Gray entered the garage and stayed there until officers arrived.
