MANDAN, N.D. - A man is behind bars after police say he pointed a gun at someone early Thursday morning.
The affidavit says 24-year-old Ronnie Johnson pointed a gun at the window area of an apartment with a 22-year-old woman and a 14-year-old child inside.
The woman told Mandan police Thursday morning she heard someone trying to get into her home, then the person left and she realized it was Johnson.
The teenager told police he saw Johnson pointing a gun with what looked like a laser from the parking lot.
Court records say the woman and boy left the home once they saw Johnson leave.
The victims were on the way to the woman’s mothers house and then saw Johnson again. Records say Johnson is accused of running after the victim’s while pointing with what appeared to be a gun. The victim’s say they left the area.
Officers arrested Johnson and he has been charged with reckless endangerment and terrorizing.
