Two men from Minot are facing charges related to a reckless driving incident while a child was in the car in Berthold on Tuesday. Berthold police say officers stopped Wade Goodale, 39, near Berthold Farmers Elevator and found an unrestrained infant inside. The child was taken to the emergency room and placed into protective custody.
Goodale is charged with felony child neglect, possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.
David Roeder-Moreno, 28, was also in the car. Officers say he initially refused to identify himself. Now, he's charged with possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia and false information. Police say there were warrants out for his arrest across several agencies.
