Main Street Minute: La Enchilada and Prairie Patriot Firearms Training

By  |

La Enchilada is a new Mexican restaurant in south Bismarck and Prairie Patriot Firearms Training opened up a store front after four years of training and testing.

La Enchilada offers fresh, original handmade meals, in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. The owner says the best items on the menu are the fajitas and margarita's.

"You can tell about the flavor. It's more original, and recipes are from the grandmas," said Antonio Vidales, owner.

La Enchilada is located on south 12th Street in Bismarck. It's open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m..

Another business firing things up is Prairie Patriot Firearms Training.

The business has been growing, giving the owners the idea of opening their own facility and indoor range on the strip in Mandan.

"To have my own facility means so much to me. I want to be the resource that the community relies on," said Josette Severson, owner.

Prairie Patriot offers self-defense courses, conceal and carry classes, different holsters, handguns and more.

"If you have your ammunition needs from your target rounds to your self-defense rounds, we offer all of that," said Severson.

Another unique thing Prairie Patriot offers is a cleaning system to clean guns.
