Lot 2029 and Kept merging

BISMARCK, N.D. - Downtown Bismarck is losing one of its long standing businesses. Lot 2029 has been a staple in the community for 10 years, but in February it will be closing.

Lot 2029 may be closing, but its inventory isn't gone for good.

Madonna Wald owns Lot 2029 and Kept boutique a few doors down. She'll be transferring the clothes in Lot 2029 to Kept so your favorite styles from both stores will soon be in one place.

"I think it's about time. I want to semi-retire. It would be nice to have a little time off and not work constantly," said Wald.

Wald says the move will come with a slight rebrand at Kept. The boutique currently offers business casual attire. However, she says the addition of Lot 2029 clothing will add a more fun flare.

As of now, Lot 2029 clothing is marked down 50 percent and will be until the store closes.
