MINOT, N.D. – A 99-year-old Minot resident known for giving back to the community came away with $10,000 in this year’s Hostfest Heritage raffle.

Doris Slaaten put in for the raffle on the final day of this year’s Norsk Hostfest. It’s put on in conjunction with the Northern Plains Children’s Advocacy Center.
