LINCOLN, N.D. - A crowd gathered behind Lincoln elementary school today for the first Ride in Bike Show event.

Bikers showed off their rides and received awards for their motorcycles. During the show, people could purchase biker themed calendars. The money from the sales is going toward Heaven's Helpers Soup Cafe.

Event organizers say they are happy with the turnout with 28 bikes showing up.

"Brings all the bikers out. Lets the kids see some pretty crome. Lets the adults see some bikes they might want in the future, have in their garage. And kinda gets us out in the community and lets us meet people," said Eric Vetter, event coordinator.

The bike show was sponsored by Fire and Iron M.C. & Brothers Keepers M.C.
