Here's what's happening at the state capitol today:
First up, senate bill 2275 relates to the infrastructure revolving loan fund for water projects. It's a special fund in the state treasury administered by the Bank of North Dakota. Capital construction projects would include: water treatment plants, sewer lines, water storage systems, airport infrastructure and road and bridge infrastructure. The bill is scheduled for 9 a.m.
Up next, senate bill 2124 relates to the creation of human service zones. The bill requires the administration of a statewide program for state funding of staffing to create these zones under a new payment methodology. That bill is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.
