BISMARCK, ND- More votes happening today at North Dakota's state legislature.
A new bill could allow school districts and administrators to investigate incidents that don't take place on school grounds or during the school day.
Senate bill 2181 would update the century code to include cyberbullying in the state's definition of bullying.
Another bill on today's agenda would update the century code on parental rights.
If the parent has pled guilty or been found guilty of a sexual offense that resulted in a child's birth, senate bill 2185 would terminate the parental rights in the best interest of the child.
