BISMARCK, ND- The House is voting on senate bill 2196 that would create a drug fatalities review panel.
Appointed members from the University of North Dakota and the state department of health would review records on drug-related fatalities to provide intervention programs and identify public health issues.
The House is also voting on a bill that would allow for electronic surveillance in nursing homes. Senate bill 2113 would allow residents to put electronic recording devices in their room.
And last, House bill 1457 to create a North Dakota logo contest is heading back to the Senate for voting.
