BISMARCK, ND- This morning, the Senate will address a bill to regulate marijuana.
The bill would require background checks for individual purchase as well as regulating industrial hemp.
The committee hearing is scheduled for 8:30 this morning.
Up next, the Senate will hear house bill 1046 which would give higher education grants and tuition waivers for national guard members.
That bill is scheduled for 10:30 this morning.
And finally, the Senate will look at house bill 1515, which would provide more medical assistance coverage for pregnant women.
