Lawsuit filed against ND Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem

A lawsuit has been brought against North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem.
The suit asks the courts to make Stenehjem pull out of a multi-state lawsuit originally filed by the state of Texas, which seeks to have the Affordable Care Act deemed unconstitutional.
The lawsuit is filed by four people including two doctors from Minot and Grand Forks.
