Trying to do the right thing on New Year’s Eve apparently isn't as easy as calling a car.

A patrolman arrested a ride share driver 45-year-old Mark Kelleh in Fargo for DUI last night during a fare.

Officers say the driver had a BAC of .163, more than double the legal limit.

Law enforcement gave the rider a free ride home and the driver a much more expensive trip downtown.
