The latest North Dakota Crop report is out with mixed results.
The USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service says for the week ending Sept. 30, 2018, there were 4.2 days suitable for fieldwork.
Topsoil moisture supplies rated 9 percent very short, 30 short, 58 adequate and 3 surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies rated 14 percent very short, 35 short, 49 adequate, and 2 surplus.
Soybeans Harvested was 30 percent, ahead of 17 last year, and near 26 average.
Corn Harvested was 6 percent, near 2 last year and 3 average.
Canola harvested was 94 percent.
Sugarbeets harvested was 20 percent, near 21 last year and 22 average.
Sunflowers harvested was 6 percent, near 2 both last year and average.
Flaxseed harvested was 94 percent, near 93 last year, and ahead of 84 average.
