KFYR-TV's Mason-Dixon poll shows Cramer, Heitkamp Senate race is close

KFYR-TV's latest poll shows Republican Kevin Cramer having a four point lead over Democratic incumbent Heidi Heitkamp. However 8 percent of people polled were undecided.
Our poll also shows that Eastern and Western North Dakota are split in support for the candidates.
In the Fargo, Cass County area Heitkamp leads Cramer 54 percent to 35. That advantage is reflected in the eastern portion of the state as Heitkamp outscored Cramer by three points.
The western half of North Dakota shows strong support for Kevin Cramer as he leads Heitkamp 57 percent to 38 percent. There's also similar support in the Bismarck- Mandan area as Cramer who leads by 19 points in that metro area.
