A federal judge sentenced a Bismarck man to 20 years in prison for cyberstalking and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Fifty-two-year-old Curtis McGarvey pleaded guilty to recording a 16-year-old girl getting in and out of the shower and changing clothes.

Prosecutors say he also admitted to distributing fake images of the teen performing sexually explicit acts, and that he messaged the victim more than 200 times telling her to kill herself.
