Hot air balloon forced to land in MSU parking lot

MINOT, N.D. - A hot air balloon owned by Applebee's was forced to land in the Minot State Dome parking lot Monday night because there wasn't enough wind to carry it further outside of the city.

The pilot says the group had been in the air for more than an hour, hovering over a four block area, before he decided to land.

The pilot the situation was under control. No one was injured.
