BISMARCK, N.D. - Members of Abate of North Dakota are remembering and honoring on of their own who was killed in a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Expressway and Divide last year.
Don Faber says his good friend was riding home from work when a driver hit and killed him. Today, members of Abate ND held "Honk For Biker Safety" signs at the intersection. Faber says this is a good reminder to the public to watch for motorcycles.
"Your life can change in the blink of an eye on a motorcycle. All it takes is one misstep on somebody's part," said Don Faber, Abate of ND.
Each weekend in May, the group plans to honor other members at intersections where they lost their lives.
