An annual variety show that's entertained the people of Minot for a quarter century is once again taking place next month.
The performances will run the last two weekends in February. The Heritage Singers of Minot have hosted the variety show for more than 25 years.
The evening will include dinner and a silent auction. Tickets went on sale Saturday at 8 a.m.
You can purchase them at the Minot Area Council of the Arts in downtown Minot. One member of the choir said the show is not only a good time for the audience, but also fun for the performers, as well.
“We get up on stage and have way too much fun doing what we're doing. We have choir numbers that the whole group is going to sing together. We have individuals that are going to be performing solos. We have small groups that are performing quartets,” said Justin Anderson, choir member and MACA executive director.
The tickets cost $30 dollars per person. Proceeds from the event go towards a variety of the choir’s initiatives.
