A jury trial is underway for a Williston Catholic elementary school teacher accused of engaging in sexual conduct with eight different girls.

Police say 28-year-old Everest Moore was a P.E. and technology teacher at St. Joseph Catholic School for five years, and engaged in sexual acts with victims under the age of 15.

During the trial Wednesday, an interview with a 10-year-old victim was played, and she said that her teacher, Mr. Moore made her engage in inappropriate touching on the outside of their clothes more than once.

Moore is facing eight counts of gross sexual imposition, and his trial is scheduled to end on Oct. 4.
