BISMARCK, N.D. - The former Burleigh County deputy accused of stealing drugs from evidence was arrested again for failing his drug patch test.
Thirty-two-year-old Kerry Komrosky has failed his drug patch test five times since his initial arrest last year.
The affidavit says Komroksy has now been removed from the program for not complying.
The patch came back positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine.
Komrosky had his bond revoked for violating the conditions.
He is at the Burleigh Morton Detention Center with a revoked bond until his sentencing hearing on Jan. 29.
