Flood project work in Minot causes some recreational closures

Some recreational facilities will remained closed as parts of the flood protection project resume construction.

Phases MI-2 Napa Valley and MI-3 Forest Road of the Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project are now active again.

For safety reasons, Dakota Bark Park, Souris Valley Walking Path, and Wee Links Golf Course will remained closed until later this summer.

Most of the work is scheduled to wrap up September 2020.
