Fargo man sentenced to 35 years on multiple sex crimes involving an infant

FARGO, N.D. - A federal judge sentenced a Fargo man to 35 years in prison for multiple crimes against a child.

Thirty-six-year-old Dustin Kewley is convicted of conspiracy to transport a minor, transportation of a minor, distribution of materials containing child pornography, and possession of materials containing child pornography in May of 2017.

Kewley pleaded guilty to the charges in October.

A judge ordered him to serve the more than three decades in prison with a lifetime of supervised release.
