Enrollment numbers up at Bismarck, Williston state colleges, DSU sees decline

Thanks to generous scholarships, more students are enrolled at Williston State College this fall than ever before.

That's up nearly two and a half percent from last year.

So far, 1,124 students are registered; 893 of them are from North Dakota, 124 are from Montana and the rest are from other states and countries, including Canada.

Enrollment at Bismarck State College was up slightly, about one percent, at 3,778.

At Dickinson State University, enrollment numbers were down 33 students from the fall of 2017 with 1,392 students enrolled in classes this semester.
