Don't Buy It, Until We Try It: Spin Spa

MINOT, N.D. – Dermatologists recommend washing your face twice a day for healthy skin. This week's 'Don't Buy It, Until We Try It' tests a product that claims to do a better job with less of the mess.

Washing your face with your hands is a good way to keep your skin healthy, but Idea Village's Spin Spa claims to be a more effective way of keeping acne at bay. Trinity Medical Arts helped test it out.

The Spin Spa comes with a soft brush to cleanse your face.

"I thought it was going to be really rough and its really soft actually, and it feels really good," said Kelli Fundingsland, product tester.

The brush can also go deep into your skin.

"It got deeper in there and it took more makeup out," Fundingsland said.

"I like the idea that it takes off that top layer of the epidermis but yet it helps remove that oil and dirt that we accumulate during the day," said Dr. Ann Welch, FNP-C, family nurse practitioner.

"I definitely would buy one now, it feels very soft," Fundingsland said.

Giving this product a refreshing review.

"I'm going to give it a thumbs up. I think it’s going to do a good job," Welch said.

"Thumbs up, I think it works very well. It took all the makeup off, and I feel very soft and like Ann said, it took off that top layer. I don't feel dirty, it feels great," Fundingsland said.

The spin spa sells for about $15.
