Dispensaries chosen in two cities

The North Dakota Department of Health's Medical marijuana division has chosen two medical marijuana dispensaries for the Bismarck and Fargo areas.

Harvest of Bismarck, LLC will located in Bismarck and the other entity, Acreage North Dakota, LLC, will be located in Fargo.

The application period for dispensaries in the Grand Forks and Williston regions is currently open. Applications can be submitted until Oct. 10. Applications for qualifying patients and designated caregivers are expected to be available near the end of October.
