DICKINSON, N.D. - The Dickinson School Board met with members of the Little People of America last month to discuss concerns with the Dickinson High School mascot, the Midget.

The board decided to survey the district, and the results are in: 68 percent of DHS students say they do not want the mascot to change, as do 51 percent of staff and 65 percent of community members that voted.

There's no indication if the board will take any further steps.
