DAPL protest by the numbers

We'd like to share a snapshot with you of how much money and manpower has been pumped into the pipeline protest response by the North Dakota National Guard since Aug. 10 of 2016.
We've learned that in just the last week there have been 35,412 hours of work put in by the National Guard.
The average number of Guard members on duty for protest response per day is 200.
The number of students who left schooling for state active duty for protest response is 136.
And, the total cost of the DAPL protest response for the National Guard is $8,752, 232.99.
