DAPL owners offer counterproposal to N.D. PSC to resolve allegations

BISMARCK, N.D. Energy Transfer Partners offered a counterproposal Monday afternoon during an executive meeting with the North Dakota Public Service Commission.

That counterproposal includes both resolving allegations that the discovery of American Indian artifacts during construction was improperly reported and addressed the removal of too many trees during construction.

According to the Public Service Commission's public information officer, the commissioners conferred with their legal counsel regarding the next steps, but at this point, have not taken any further action.
