Coffee Break assault suspects plead guilty

BISMARCK, N.D. - The three suspects arrested for assaulting the owner of Coffee Break in Bismarck have all pleaded guilty.

The suspects were charged in connection to the robbery at the coffee shop on Main Street in Bismarck. Bismarck Police officers say one of the suspects went into the shop and took the tip jar.

The Coffee Shop owner, Siavosh Ranjvar told Your News Leader in July that two men beat him and knocked him to the ground outside of his store.

Last month 22-year-old Kezwin Bravebull pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 18 months and two years of probation.

Twenty-two-year-old Shawn Tikanye and 20-year-old Stephan Tikanye changed their plea on Tuesday.

Shawn was sentenced to 60 days at the Burleigh Morton Detention Center with three years of probation.

A judge sentenced Stephan to two years with three years of probation.
