MINOT, N.D. - The Annual Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will be pulling into Minot soon.

Two trains decorated for Christmas will be leaving Canada and traveling through the Northwest to promote the season of giving. One will make a stop in Minot.

The train will pull into main street Rail Crossing for a holiday performance.

All proceeds collected at the event will go towards good cause including food pantries and the Minot area Homeless coalition.

“It is used for a mini fundraiser for the homeless coalition. You know we have a little booth out there and we have hot dogs and we have hot chocolate, and sometimes we have cookies. We don't ask people to pay its a free world donation and whatever we serve for that will go back into us helping individuals,” Mac McLeod Executive Director of the homeless coalition said.

The train will arrive on Dec. 15 at 6:30.
