MANDAN, N.D. - A motion hearing to suppress evidence and request a change of venue in a murder trial has been reset for May.

Forty-five-year-old Chad Isaak is accused of shooting and killing four victims at RJR Maintenance in Mandan.

Isaak and his lawyers argue authorities did not properly obtain warrants for his home, truck, social media accounts and electronic devices.

They are also requesting his trial be moved from Morton County due to pretrial publicity.

The motion hearing is scheduled for May 4 and his trial is still set for Nov. 30 in Morton County.
