Central Dakota Humane Society extends giving Tuesday after receiving six puppies

MANDAN, N.D. - Although Giving Tuesday has come to an end, the Central Dakota Humane Society is continuing their fundraiser after a litter a puppies arrived overnight.

Tuesday afternoon a man discovered a litter of six puppies in an abandon barn.

Central Dakota Humane Society took in the half dozen red heelers and have been working to save them.

“These puppies came in and we thought, 'you know what, we just have to keep this fundraiser online and give more people the opportunity to help them because they need the help,'” said Cameo Skager, CDHS communications director.
