The smell of burgers, beers, and deep fried Oreos filled the air at Bismarck Municipal Ballpark for the 4th annual Bismarck Food Truck Fest.
Even the cold, rainy weather didn't stop visitors from taste testing food from around the state. But it doesn't stop there with vendors competing for bragging rights on a crowd favorite, a Proof Bloody Mary. Face painting, bounce houses and more non food vendors for people looking to try new things at the fest.
"That's why we do this man, it means a lot to a lot of folks, so that means more than anything to me" says Mike Schmitz, Event Organizer.
Event organizers say around six to seven thousand people are expected to show up on Saturday for the last day of the festival.
