MINOT, N.D.- A Minot man accused of killing his father in May was back before a judge Monday morning.

Twenty-nine-year-old Christopher Vickerman was being held without bond until Monday morning when Judge Douglas Mattson set bond at $750,000.

The defense called for a $250,000 bond while the state maintained their recommendation that no bond be set.

The pretrial conference is also being pushed back to December to give both parties time to review the ballistics report.

Vickerman faces a double-A felony murder charge in the death of his 55-year-old father Mark.
