A judge set bond for a Canadian national Monday morning in the fatal shooting death of Chad Entzel in North Bismarck.
41-year-old, Earl Howard had his bond set at $1 million and has to give up all passports.
Howard is charged with murder, arson, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit arson and conspiracy to tamper with physical evidence.
Howard is accused of killing Entzel in his Bismarck home. Entzel was found with a gunshot wound to the head in a bedroom after authorities responded to a house on Jan. 2.
The victim's wife, Nikki Entzel, 38, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
