Bismarck teen arrested for breaking into home and assaulting minors
A Bismarck teen is being held on a $10,000 bond for burglary and aggravated assault.
Prosecutors say Ebby Williams broke into a home on East Avenue F on Dec. 3.
According to court documents, Williams and a group of other teens assaulted an 11 and 6-year-old with a dangerous weapon.
The weapon was not identified in the documents.
Williams was arrested Thursday on charges of robbery, burglary and aggravated assault. He is being tried in adult court.
His bond is set at $10,000 and no contact with the victims.
A two day jury trial is scheduled for June 17.
