A Burleigh County judge sentenced a Bismarck man Monday after he pleaded guilty to 10 counts of possession of certain material prohibited, gross sexual imposition, child abuse, and tampering with physical evidence.
The judge gave 34-year-old Andrew Glasser four years in prison and five years’ probation for the GSI charge.
Glasser must also serve three years probation and must give up his laptop for the 10 counts of possession of certain material prohibited.
Glasser was sentenced to three years probation and must give up his phone for child abuse and tampering with physical evidence.
Prosecutors say Glasser was taking care of a 3-month-old child when she was brought to the hospital with trauma to both femurs, tibia and fibula in September and October of 2017.
In November 2017, prosecutors say Glasser had photos and videos of minors ages 5-17 on a laptop in his home.
Police say they found eight videos and two images of child pornography.
