Bismarck man pleads guilty to sexually assaulting teen

A Bismarck man pleaded guilty on Tuesday to sexual assault charges, for inappropriately touching a teen in April.
Prosecutors say 50-year-old Michael Vincent touched the teenage victim’s breasts.
The victim told police he touched her, and then asked her why she wasn’t getting aroused.
A pre-sentencing investigation is ordered.
