BISAMRCK, N.D. - A Bismarck man is charged after threatening a group of teens with a knife.

Court documents say 40-year-old William Lagman saw a teenager try to pull his sons pants down outside Wachter Middle School on Sept. 4.

Documents say Lagman approached the teenager who was in a group while concealing a knife in his pocket.

Lagman is then accused of pulling the knife out of his pocket and holding it up to one of the teens shoulders.

One of the teenagers told police that the incident stemmed from a game of "pants war'" in the boys locker room.

Pants war is a game where people try to pull each others pants down.
