BPD says they received a call Sunday evening of a child who had bruises and was throwing up.

Police say 23-year-old Juan Zambrana told them the 5-year-old had been beaten up by neighborhood kids who punched him in the stomach. The boy had bruises on his hands, feet, arms and face.
