A Bismarck couple involves their child in dealing drugs at Legacy High School and all three end up arrested.

Court documents say in late September of this year, Bismarck police arrested a Legacy High School student after finding photos of drugs on the student's social media account.

The documents also say the father of the student would buy marijuana and then give it to child at their house to weigh, package and sell.

The court documents also say the father would smoke marijuana with the child and the child's siblings.

The father was arrested and charged for conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Court documents say the mother of the student supported the use of drugs and alcohol by the child and allowed the child to use the family vehicle to deliver drugs.

She was arrested and charged for child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and facilitation of delivery of a controlled substance.
