Bismarck Police arrest man for terrorizing after altercation at Ramada Inn

The Bismarck Police Department has arrested one person involved in an altercation that occurred at the Ramada Inn in Bismarck on December 5.

Police say they arrested 33-year-old Jesse McLain for terrorizing.

Authorities were called to the hotel parking lot for a report of an altercation involving several people.

The victim told police two individuals in separate vehicles followed them to the hotel. The victim goes on to say the two suspects approached the vehicle he was in and made verbal threats towards him.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
