WATFORD CITY, N.D. - A Clarksville, Ark. man was arrested in McKenzie County after Watford City police say he harassed women at a bar, including his ex-wife, and used another man's ID.

Police say just after midnight on Wednesday they were called to a bar on Main Street where witnesses told police 40 year-old Michael John Schmoker has been kicked out of the business four times throughout the evening for harassing women.

Police say an officer approached Schmoker as he reportedly was showing lewd photographs to his ex-wife. Police say the woman later told them she had paid Schmoker $900 to leave her alone and officers say they found that cash on Schmoker.

Officers removed Schmoker from the bar, and say they ran the ID Schmoker gave them, which led to the discovery that not only was Schmoker using an ID of a man in South Dakota, but they say Schmoker had previously been arrested twice by the police department under the South Dakota man's identity.

Schmoker has been charged with disorderly conduct, false information to law enforcement, and unauthorized use of personal identifying information.
